Любовь как ключевой богословский принцип следования за Христом в главе 21 Евангелия от Иоанна

Аннотация

Статья посвящена раскрытию учения апостола Иоанна Богослова о следовании за Христом на основании заключительной главы Евангелия от Иоанна. Автор приходит к выводам, что любовь — главная тема двадцать первой главы Евангелия. Любовь Спасителя к ученикам — основной мотив рассказа евангелиста Иоанна о трапезе Господа с учениками после чудесной рыбной ловли. Центральной темой беседы между апостолом Петром и Господом Иисусом Христом также является любовь. Она же представляет необходимую основу дальнейших отношений между ними, а также и всеми последователями Спасителя. В статье раскрываются вопросы необходимости страданий и смерти для ученика Христова, корреляции любви и скорбей, смысла страданий. На основании святоотеческого богословия делаются выводы о том, что любовь ко Христу дает возможность преодолеть естественный страх смерти и все скорби на жизненном пути. Страдания и смерть за своего Учителя и Господа становятся для Его ученика честью, славой и желаемой наградой. Мученическая смерть не является обязательным условием жизни последователя Христова, но предстает как наиболее полное выражение любви к Спасителю.
